By adjusting the inertia of each exercise, you can also manipulate the timing involved in performing a task. You now teach a patient or athlete to do a real-life activity in SLOW MOTION; teach an activity (which they couldn’t do when they walked or rolled into your clinic) with all of the muscle coordination commonly associated with the task!
